Refund policy

Since private label orders are customised to meet each client's individual needs, we cannot provide an open return policy or issue refunds on for Private Labelled products. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If we do not deliver exactly what you have ordered or what we initially promised, we are willing to take back the order in exchange for the correct product. Any incurring shipping fees will be at our expense. All returns must be authorised by contacting us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorisation Number" will not be issued a refund or an exchange.
